Bar Baserri is Brooklyn's best wine bar and a portal to Spain, tucked in the heart of Williamsburg — no passport needed. A place where wine flows like conversation, and the spirit of the Basque Country hums through every plate.

Here, jamón is carved like art, the scent of sizzling steak dances through the air, and every glass of wine tells a story — from Rioja to Rías Baixas. It's a space built for grazing: slow sips and shared plates.

The name Baserri nods to the farmhouse hearths of northern Spain, where food is rustic, soulful, and meant to be passed hand to hand. That spirit lives on in every tapa we serve — from bone marrow kissed with tomato jam to prawns brightened with ajo blanco.

Our Ingredients

We celebrate the rustic beauty of high-quality, whole, organic ingredients—because good food begins with how it’s grown, raised, and honored. At Bar Baserri, we believe that every part of an ingredient holds value, and every plate should tell a story.

Many of our core ingredients come directly from Spain, offering an authentic taste of its diverse regions: briny Cantabrian anchovies, hand-carved jamón ibérico, aged Manchego, buttery Marcona almonds, bomba rice, and cold-pressed olive oil. The rest is sourced locally from small farms and trusted fishmongers who share our commitment to sustainability and flavor.
